Every session is registered massage therapy. What changes is the tool. Currently 60-minute appointments; other lengths on request.

I'm a good fit for clients who want to connect their bodies and minds together, to support pain and injury management, and to restore balance. My approach nourishes the body's central nervous system, in a non-judgemental and non-invasive way.
Growing up, I was enrolled in organized, competitive-level sports into my early adulthood. After years of trying different therapies for my own well-being, physically and mentally, and after finding yoga in my early 20s, it became clear to me that we have to approach ourselves holistically. So much in the physical body and the subtle body is connected, and I'm grateful to offer treatments that reach different depths.
