Craniosacral therapy (CST) is gentle, mechanical work on the skull, jaw and spine that supports the central nervous system. Registered massage therapy (RMT) is the hands-on side: myofascial work, joint mobilization, trigger points, breath.

About

Bodies and minds, back together.

I'm a good fit for clients who want to connect their bodies and minds together, to support pain and injury management, and to restore balance. My approach nourishes the body's central nervous system, in a non-judgemental and non-invasive way.

After years of trying different therapies for my own well-being, physically and mentally, it became clear to me that we have to approach ourselves holistically. So much in the physical body and the subtle body is connected, and I'm grateful to offer treatments that reach different depths.
